This project demonstrated the feasibility of this approach which eliminated the need for building bridges for each pair of applications.  Microsoft provided web-based technologies, some of them not yet available on the market at that time, to demonstrate how these KM approaches could be supported by Internet tools, in the future.  He worked with engineering teams, sales teams, operational teams, IT teams and education teams during these projects.
